Jennifer Lopez was born on July 24, 1964 in New York. She began her career appearing in stage musicals and some music videos. She won a national competition and earned a spot dancing on a Fox comedy t.v. series "In Living Color" as one of the fly girls. She then appeared in a series of small acting jobs. Her first big break was in 1997, when she was chosen to play Selena. She got a Golden Globe nomination and became the highest-paid actress in the history with her paycheck of one million dollars.

She started her music career in June 1999. Her album "If You Had My Love" went platinum within two weeks. She is an actress, singer, record producer, dancer, television personality, fashion designer, and television producer. She is overall a good person! She is capable of doing so much and she has done so much for the world. To this day Jennifer has sold over 25 million albums worldwide! in 2007, Lopez released her first Spanish language album, "Como Ama una Mujer" whichalso did good on the Latin and pop charts! I really like Jennifer Lopez and how she is an actress. She is very good in movies and when I thought of doing our blog she is the first person that I thought of doing.
