My blog is about Oscar de la Hoya. He is one of the greatest boxers ever known. Hoya's parents are from Mexico where boxing ran in the family. Both De La Hoya's father and grandfather were boxers. De la Hoya was born in L.A. De La Hoya himself started boxing at the age of six. He won many junior championships when he was young. He was the only U.S. boxer to win the 1992 gold medal in the olympics. He won four different weight titles. that is very good! He retired from boxing in 2009. He now is a boxing promoter
