This year when the FFA traveled to the World Dairy Expo, I realized something, I could understand what more people were saying. People from all around the world come to this show and you are exposed to many nationalities. This year I heard a lot of Spanish. I could understand some of what they were saying too! I was able to understand certain words and phrases, even though I would have liked them to slow down a bit! It was interesting to actually be able to comprehend what they were saying and not feel like they were possible talking about me! I had fun, trying to translate what they were saying!
